Healthy Paws has been there for my boy since 2015
My boy has been insured since 2015 with Healthy Paws. They have been awesome and easy to work with. The process to turn in claims and get reimbursed is simple and quick. They have helped my boy through three surgeries, weekly allergy shots, odd lumps, bumps and bruises and lots of other bulldog issues. He is an old man now, he goes every Saturday for laser treatment on his old aching bones. Without Healthy Paws I would never be able for him to have something like that. I will never have another fur baby who isn’t covered by them.

Disappointment
0/10 recommend. Healthy Paws was taken over by Chubb and everything went to absolute hell. My dog's premium increased, by $10 per month, but that was just this year. Each year there were significant increases. But this year her benefits got worse. The deductible went from $250 to $500 and coinsurance from 80% to 70%. Get your pet a high yield savings account because to choose whether your animal lives or dies because you can't afford premiums is disgusting. What used to be a company I recommended every single time has become one I am ashamed of. I hate this for us as consumers and for our sweet pets as patients.

Unsaved initial quote
I spoke initially to an agent 5/1/26 who gave me a quote. I wanted to think about it over the weekend and I was told it would be saved. When I called back Monday it wasn't saved and I wound up getting a quote that we more than previous. The gentlemen Chad told me he couldn't see on his end the previous quote. This was very disappointing. Chad was great. I was just upset by the situation
