Rachel was helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful in helping me file my puppy’s claim. I am not technologically competent, and couldn’t seem to “upload” records from my vet. Rachel stayed with me on the call while I tried many times. Then she proposed emailing one document to her, then she called my vet to get the rest. I received confirmation from her of these steps the same afternoon. Throughout our call she was patient and compassionate. It seems to me that your company is lucky to have her on your staff.

Stephanie was AMAZING!
Stephanie was AMAZING!! Very Knowledgeable and kind to my distress about leaving another insurance Company I have been with for over 20 years, they just have no coverage for my furbabies. I am finishing out three of their policies, I will then have all four of them on the best policy!! I am soo glad I found Prudent Insurance....

Our Labradoodle is 7 and we have had…
Our Labradoodle is 7 and we have had Embrace insurance for 5+ consecutive years. During the 2nd half of 2024 Embrace raised our premium from $123.81 to $173.19 (40%). Our coverage is annual benefits of $10,000, a $500 deductible and 80% reimbursement rate. Were we enroll our dog today with Embrace, our premium for the same coverage would be $119.98. The way companies such as Embrace keep you hooked/locked in is through a pre-existing conditions clause......since we filed claims during the past 5+ years for giardia and anaplasmosis, these are considered pre-existing conditions should we choose to get coverage elsewhere.....so we remain captives of Embrace. Even so, a 40% rate increase is excessive in my book, especially when there is no apparent attempt by Embrace to justify it. Certainly our per's claim experience doesn't.
