I absolutely love SPOT and I recommend it to friends and family all the time. The process to submit a claim is simple, the time to process is efficient. They have been very helpful and caring for the times I had to call to inquire about my policy or to ask any questions about anything related to a claim or my pet. Honestly, I cannot say anything negative about SPOT, if you have any concern or questions, their customer service care is always helpful and attentive. Once you get the hang of sending documents, SPOT is an amazing company for assistance with pet medical costs. So much so that I have referred other friends to this Pet Insurance company.
