DROPS YOUR OLD DOG AFTER PAYING PREMIUMS FOR 6 YEARS
Nationwide will gladly take your money UNTIL your pet is 7 years old. Paid for the plan for 5 years, rates went up every year until I'm now paying $180.00 a month. Just got a letter of nonrenewal and called them to find another plan. Plan is not offered for my dog because after they are 7 years old ...no coverage. So Nationwide basically cherrypicks young dogs, takes your money and then when they are old enough to actually need it you get dropped. RUN AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY, THEY WILL DROP YOU WHEN YOU REALLY NEED IT.

SPOT insurance has been well worth the money. Claim submission is simple and easy. Only takes about 4-5 minutes to submit. Reimbursement is very fast. You can choose the coverage and percentages based on your budget. I'm super happy with my plan and the peace of mind it gives me.

The helpful staff and fairly seamless process allowed us to focus on the needs of our pet during his stressful time. We were especially grateful for the added assurance of being able to access a vet tech through their service to get after hours advice that helped us determine the appropiate urgency for treatment. They worked directly with our vets to get all of the additional details needed to complete the claim and it was reviewed and processed in a very timely manner.

Decent premiums, quick reimbursement turnaround.
Decent monthly premiums. You can choose your deductible and I always get reimbursed within approx 5 to 6 days after I've submitted a claim. So far it's been a good company to have our insurance with. (We have cats and a dog.)
