Good pet insurance
While we appreciate your prompt attention to our claims, we are concerned with the annual cost. The cost goes up substantially every year, threatening to eventually price us out of your coverage. We will check other pet insurance policies once that happens.

I wish it were easier to claim electronic reimbursements. Using zelle, PayPal or Venmo would be better solutions that whatever the you use now. I’ve been locked out so many times that I just went back to paper checks

Easy quick and efficient
I sent my claim for Lana's vet bills to Nationwide and within a week the claim was received processed and then money was dispersed back to me. I had a great quick experience with Nationwide and I plan to keep their pet insurance. Thank you!

Putting my pet first
My dog Sally has had a rough few months. Her age seems to finally be catching up to her a bit as we have had to treat multiple ailments from incontinence to osteoarthritis and a paralyzed larynx. As a result I have been filing a lot more claims than usual but the system for filing claims is pretty easy to navigate. My claims get processed quickly. There was one claim where additional documentation was needed. The notice only provided a PO Box and a fax number for submitting that documentation. I had to call to find out there was an email option to digitally submit. Even better would have been if I could just upload it directly to the site like the other documents. That small inconvenience aside I love nationwide pet insurance. The customer service people always ask how my dog is doing, are super friendly and easy to work with. My experience has been awesome. Not what I expected from an insurance company. Thanks for not making my dog not feeling well any more painful!!!!!!
