Great Coverage

Having experienced a serious illness to our previous pet, medical costs in excess of $7,000, and no insurance, my wife and I decided if we got another dog we would make sure we purchased coverage. We choose ASPCA and our first experience was more than we expected. We had our dog neutered and recovered over 75$ of the costs. Truly a great policy!

Fast, Efficient and Accurate Processing

The claim for the office visit and treatment of my dog were handled very quickly and accurately. I added a wellness option and the check from Embrace was received one week after the claim was submitted. The illnes portion of the claim was also well catagorized for use against my deductible. The team at Embrace was very easy to reach and extremely helpful. This is the only pet insurance policy I have run across that has plans similar in structure to those written for humans.

Absolutely Wonderful and Honest Insurance Company.

I am very pleased with them. Embrace has been wonderful! Our puppy has had some problems and we are able to get him whatever health services he needs because of Embrace. I'll recomend Embrace to every pet owner. Getting Embrace was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Review Coverage

I find the insurance ok. I had to add on level 2 with continuing care because it was very frustrating that alot of pre-existing conditions were not covered from one policy period to another. It got to a point where I was thinking about opting out because I never got compensated for ear infections etc,and it was costing me as much as what I was paying for the policy. I have been with the plan for at least 12 years and find that since there was a management change,it's more difficult to get reinbursed. I was however pleased that I did receive a reinbursement for surgery my dog had, and was glad that I kept the insurance. I think communication is the key, people should be aware that the basic coverage is minimal, but good if there is a need for surgery like in the case of my dog.

#1!

We signed up with Embrace in January after reading all the great reviews and couldn't be happier with them. They are so on top of it and always let me know the update of all of my claims without me even pestering them. Instead, they are always in constant communication with me! It's nice to work with an insurance company that genuinely has my best interest at heart (and my little dachshunds!) I would 100% recommend them to anyone (and have!). You will not be disappointed.

Dependable and quick!

Our dog sustained several deep puncture wounds after being attacked by another dog and required surgery and follow-up care. During his treatment the vet found a suspicious lump and we had it biopsied. (Negative, yay!) Embrace started paying our claims right away, processing them very quickly. We would be in a world of financial hurt if we didn't have the insurance. We switched to Embrace from another pet insurance company and are so glad we did!

Fantastic customer service !!!

We recently got our first dog ever (a black lab puppy) and researched about 5 pet insurance companies and found Embrace to be the best. Now that we have made a few claims we have found them to be very helpful. They are in constant contact by email, from confirming receipt of your claim to letting you know that it has been processed and then a follow-up to be sure that you received your payment. All of the Customer Service Representatives are very pleasant to deal with and very efficient. I would highly recommend getting Embrace pet insurance.

thus far, this has been a very positive experience

We have decided to buy an insurance for our new puppy, Bernese mountain dog. I reviewed several companies on line before making a decision to choose Embrace. We have recently submitted a claim for an anual vaccination and it was accepted without any problems. The technician's at the vet office comment was that it was one of the easiest and most friendly insurance companies that they deal with. Thus far, we have been very happy with the company.

I wish MY insurance was this good!!!

I researched at least five different insurance companies before settling on Embrace and could not be happier with my choice. From the first call to go over policy options (I ended up designing my own policy that has worked out fabulously so far) to filing my first claim (which was reimbursed in full in less than two weeks!) i feel like the folks at Embrace really understand what pet owners need/want out of the system and do their best to make everything work seamlessly. They are the only company I found that covers hereditary/congenital problems which, especially for my breed, can be quite serious later in life. My dog, Whiskey, hasn't had any serious illnesses or injuries yet but judging from my experiences with Embrace so far, I feel very confident that should something terrible happen, Embrace will be there to help.

There when I needed them

My 6 year old Shih Tzu had been through many eye problems since she was a puppy including a corneal graft and a flap. The vet bills were enoumous and I was able to arrange for financing. After that I knew they would not cover her for a pre existing weakness but I felt after this experience I should have her insured for any other illness or accident because it would not easy for me to pay for any other emergencies. I took out the insurance and two years later I did have an emergency with her. An enlarged heart without any symptoms until it was too late. I submitted my bills to my insurance company and they reimbursed me for partial expenses and that eased the financial burden. I now have a new little Shih Tzu 4 months old and have her insuraned. I know if she should have an emergency, illness or accident my financial obligation will be partially covered. We also have a cat on the policy (he is 7 years old)and luckily we have not had to use it. I would recommend the insurance. It is there when you need it the most.
