The right choice!
I researched several pet insurance companies before finally deciding on Embrace. I found their options and pricing to be very competetive, and if you take the time to read the fine print for all of the companies, you will find that Embrace definitely has the best overall coverage. After the loss of our oldest, and dearest, cat (and the thousands of dollars in emergency vet bills we paid before we lost him) we decided that pet insurance was the right choice for our new kitten. We did not ever want to have to worry about how we would pay for the care he needed if he got sick. So far, our kitten has been to the vet twice for illnesses, and both times Embrace approved the total amount for every covered expense. The Embrace staff has been very prompt in their responses to my claims, and they are always very professional and courteous in thier communications. I am very happy that I decided to choose Embrace, and I would recommend them to any pet owner!

Great Pet Insurance
I have coverage for my golden retriever, Honey, and have taken advantage of the Embrace Wellness Plan as well. They are very responsive and the customer service is top notch. They even promptly communicate via email, which is what I prefer. It took less then 3 week for them to process a claim and get a check to me. It would have been quicker if I had taken advantage of the direct deposit feature, which I will do next time. Overall, this is a great insurance company and one I have had an excellent experience with thus far.

Timely Service
I am extremely impressed with Embrace Pet Insurance. I was a little hesitant about obtaining pet insurance because I felt it would be a hassle to be remimbursed and/or a waste of time. Embrace has had an influence on the way I thought it would be. I faxed my first claims on a Monday and by Wednesday I received an e-mail that said they were being processed. How wonderful of them to keep you informed as to what is going with the claim and you don't have to second guess if you did something wrong. I will definetely be staying with Embrace for years.

Very Satisfied!
We got our 2 year old Boston Terrier insured in December. She got very sick once in January, and twice in February, one of those times even resulting in a very expensive 2 night hospital stay. Not only was Embrace very quick about getting our claims resolved once we filed, but we were VERY happy to find that $700 of the $1,000 hospital stay was covered after just 2 months of paying insurance premiums! And the attentiveness of the Embrace staff also made the whole process painless. We are very satisfied!

a very good pet insurance-I'd recommend it
This was the first claim I have sent in to Embrace for my cat. I faxed everything that was supposed to be included, thus the claim was processed very fast. I had spent several hours on line to find the kind of cat pet insurance which would be most beneficial and cost effective. I think I picked very well. Thanks Embrace.

Outstanding Communication and Service
We enrolled Mikko our Siberian Husky in September 2009. He subsequently had a couple of occurences that required treatment. We were very impressed with the manner in which Embrace handled the claims that were submitted. The communication was excellent and everything was processed in a timely manner. The representatives were very congenial and professional and answered all our questions. We highly recommend Embrace to our friends, relatives and acquaintances.

WOULD NEVER DO WITHOUT IT
Having pet insurance with Embrace has been our first experience with pet insurance. We never bothered getting pet insurance for our previous dog because we thought it would be more hassle than it was worth and that coverage would be severely limited. We are so happy to say that we were wrong in that assumption and are more than pleased with the coverage, the ease of filing claims, and the prompt response/payments from Embrace. They are a pleasure to deal with. We will never do without pet insurance again and highly recommend Embrace to anyone considering the same!

Pets Best Health Insurance IS the best!
I did a lot of research before I chose Pets Best. I actually had a free policy through a competitor, and my dog got ill right out of the shelter with a bacterial upper respiratory infection, and they found a reason not to pay the bill. So, when buying a policy, they were NOT on my list. I searched through tons of reviews and kept seeing lots of good things about Pets Best. So, I tried it, and I added the wellness plan. Willow just had an office visit with shots, and I went online and submitted my claim and had my refund in about 10 days! It was SO easy! I really appreciated it, and I felt like I made a good choice in Pets Best. Thank you, Pets Best for a good 'first time' experience! I look forward to a long relationship with your company.
