Best Pet Insurance Company Around

We have had embrace for almost a year and within this year our puppy has gotten sick and even been hospitalized for ingesting a toxin. Embrace has been prompt with every single claim and keeps us informed and never hesitates to answer our questions. Human health insurance companies could truly learn something from Embrace.

ASPCA-Great Pet Insurance

ASPCAHartville insurance is amazing pet insurance. The customer service dept people are always available and helpful. They are very good at taking "insurance speak" and turning it into simple english. They are willing to take the time to help you pick the kind of coverage that you can afford and what is best for your pet. Claims are processed quickly and there are no hidden conditions or statements. Checks arrive quickly when claims are filed

Thank God for Pet Insurance

At age 50, figuring I was ripe for some company, I acquired two littermates from Cat Rescue and a beauty from the give-away bin at the pet store. I suppose because I was so nervous about assuming responsibility for any living thing, I acquired PetsHealth Insurance for medical emergencies. It is deducted from my pay check and I don’t even notice the deduction. All of this was twelve years ago. Two of the cats are now 14, and the other is 12. Last year, one of the littermates and the long hair beauty developed thyroid cancer, and I was totally unprepared to absorb the cost of 1) the surgery and 2) the radiation treatment that the second one had to have because she had already lost so much weight, PetsHealth answered my claims within a month after I filed them, and I am happy to report that both girls are now healthy again. I know I won’t have them forever. I also know that cat owners often throw money away on junk but balk at the important health care costs that insure a happy cat. I’m a firm believer in having health insurance on any pet that I own, first because I am not even remotely wealthy, and second, because it would be immoral not to. Veterinary costs often seem as high as medical costs, and very few of us can absorb the costs out-of-pocket. I am so grateful that I had my PetsHealth insurance Plan to cover Cosima’s and Babette’s medical emergencies. Jim Carmichael Greensboro, NC

Fabulous Service!!!

My pet cat Squiggy was run over by a car & sustained major Neurological damage plus multible breaks in his back and legs, after a long 2 month stay in hospital & several pins , he is now walking & functions are returning to him. I was so glad after reading up on several Ins. Companies that I chose Pet Embrace because everyone I dealt with were wonderfully compassionate & helpful. My bills were substantial of which Embrace paid $10,000 with-in two weeks after receiving the information required. If anyone decides to get ins. for your pet I highly recommend Pet Embrace. Thank You for everything.

Just like every other company

ive been with apsca since 11/08 and i think the coverage is great. i mean they do have that sucky "reasonable costs" clause but from the comparisons ive been doing every company has the same thing. The thing that i like most is that you can add extra coverage called continuing care...(something i dont remember exactly what its called) but i got that for an extra like 9 bucks a month and that makes it so i dont have to worry about taht 180 days thing everyone keeps talking about. Maybe that would help some other people if they were to look in to that? Other than that i dont think its bad at all.

Extremely pleased!!!

I am so happy with the service & fast turn around of claims that Pets Best has provided! When my oldest dog needed a splenectomy several weeks ago, I was so relieved that I had a Pets Best policy to reimburse the expense of his surgery. Boz's outcome may have not gone as well if I didn't have this policy to rely on. I faxed the claim on a Thursday evening and received my reimbursement check in the mail on the following Wednesday! I am a veterinary technician who works in the ER of a specialty hospital & I see so many pets that do not get the care that they need because their owners can't afford it. I highly recommend Pets Best to our clients & my coworkers every chance I get. Thank you!

Amazing service!!!

Embrace has been absolutely wonderful to work with. The wellness plan claims have been processed almost immediately, I definitely did not expect such a fast turn around. Our puppy is somewhat of an "unlucky" puppy. It doesn't seem to matter what kind of precautions we take, he always manages to have something wrong with him. Embrace has handled every claim quickly and efficiently. They always ask how our baby is and make sure that all my questions and concerns are answered. My only advice is to read their website in its entirety (just as you should ANY insurance company, for yourself or your pet). They tell you that they need your pet's health records and what isn't covered. If you have questions before you sign up, ask them! They are very friendly and helpful. They helped me customize my own plan for my puppy. I have not one bad thing to say about them.

Incredible service!

With most insurance companies of any kind, processing claims is inconvenient at best, but with Embrace, it was not only painless, but an all around pleasant experience. They were helpful, responsive, and really proactive about following up with me to help make sure the claim was processed as quickly as possible. There's no doubt in my mind that I'd use and recommend Embrace to anyone in the market for pet insurance.

High recommend this company!

Embrace covered an injury that most other pet insurance companies deem "genetic" (even though my dog's injury was caused by an isolated accident) I was given frequent email updates by the company letting me know the status of my claim and it was processed fairly quickly. Thank you, Embrace!

life-saving help

We have a a Golden Retriever named Macey who until March of 2009 was rock-solid healthy. During the summer of 2008 our daughter's dog who was insured with Pets Best became very ill and the insurance plan paid off big time. Our daughter advised us based upon her experience to insure our dogs with Pets Best and we are glad we did. In March of 2009 Macey was diagnoised with IMHA a type of anemia which can be deadly. We caught it in time. Pet's Best allowed us to save our dog because they paid $7,500 on a premium of $350 paid the summer before. Had we not had the insurance we would have had to put the dog down. I am only sorry that we did not go for the higher level of coverage which would have been about $10.000. As of today 11-4-09 Macey is in full recovery.
