Hope!!!

We woke up one horrible morning to find our baby girl our doxie (6 yrs) paralyzed. We tried everything, but with a choice of 7K or put her to sleep we looked for other alternatives. $1300 just to see what the problem was, but not fix it UGH!!! The waiting and not acting because of financial hardship was and always will be in my mind the reason that we lost her. Whatever it was moved up her spine and she was gone in 1 wk. Our vet cried when he saw much she had gone downhill. I am soooo very happy that I found Pets Best there hasn't been an incident since that I was stressed out about money. Thanks for making the process easy and painless. Claims are processed quickly and with care. Always quick responses when I ask questions.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Perfect coverage. My last cat didn't have coverage & he lived for 17 years. Many of his Illnesses we could have claimed. Learned my lesson the hard way. We definitely wanted this insurance brand for our two new kittens. Deductibles & coverage were explained clearly.

Just Silly Not to Have IT

We had pet insurance for our last dog scratch who developed a cancerous tumor. If it was not for the insurance we would not have been able to afford treatment at all. I only wish that more vets would honor the insruance, especially once the claim has been approved, and let you pay the deductible. My current pup, Sheila is also covered and fortunately, we've not had any claims yet, but if we do, I know that we will be covered.

Happy with ASPCA pet insurance

I have been happy with the ASPCA pet insurance so far. Shortly after purchasing the insurance, my sheltie had problems with vomiting, diarrhea, and weight loss. He had to see a specialist and had lots of tests and bloodwork taken. Even though they base their 80% on reasonable costs, the amount reimbursed to me was extremely helpful. Much more than my premium for the year. I appreciated the detailed information reported to me on-line and reimbursement for my claim in a timely manner. The insurance has come through for me.

PetsBest FINDS a reason not to pay

My dog had emergency surgery for an abcess tooth. They deny the claim calling it "periodontal disease", of which my Vet NEVER diagnosed, or was written on any of the paperwork. How do they know this???? Did they do the surgery?? Not good. Bad customer service I am still fighting them...go somewhere else., Very deceptive

Embrace Rocks!

I have only been with Embrace for 6 months, but in that short time, the company has only impressed me. They are professional, friendly, helpful and prompt with all contacts. Recently, I had to contact them directly regarding a bill, and the whole concern was resolved within a few hours. How often does that happen? I recommended this company to anyone who is interested in straight-forward, detailed and fair pet insurance coverage.

Promptness and Efficiency

I had this insurance for 3 years and recommended to at least 10 people, but I had never filed a claim until last Tuesday and the claim has been already processed and the refund in the mail! I am truly impressed! I am very happy Embrace has started the Wellness Reward Program! Keep the good job and KUDOS to all the fantastic personnel that really take the extra time to find your answers!

A good investment for your pet

Our golden retriever, Murphy started to limp and I noticed his right front outer toe was swollen and his limp was getting worse by the next day so I made an appointment with the vet. They had to sedate him to take an x ray of his paw but the x ray ruled out a break or fracture of any kind. They could not feel an abscess, so figured it may have been something like a sting or bite and he was having a reaction to it. They eventually placed him on steroid tablets for a few days and some benadryl capsules. Eventually, he did get better and it took a couple of weeks for the limping to totally stop but he is back to his old self again. I am so thankful for pet insurance, because we are on a retired income and he is the first dog I have ever had insured. So glad I made that decision! My total bill was 423.00 and my insurance paid 224.00 of that. What a help!

Excellent Service

After a horrible exprience with a previous company I switched to Trupanion and I am very pleased. Max stopped eating, vommitted and had bloody stool so I rushed him to the emergency vet 2 weekends ago, he needed IV antibiotics and was ready to go home the next morning with some antibiotic pills. His misadventure cost $660 and Trupanion is covering $460 of it, well worth the switch. (If this were my old policy the vet & I would be faxing all of the documents 3 times each, only to have it denied.) Trupanion made an unpleasant experienc, for the dog and I, much better with their prompt and fair service!
