Best of the lot!!
I too have changed over from VPI insurance. I guess VPI uses the money they save on reimbursement to advertise and so they are well known.My older dog was covered under VPI and I was very disappointed with the reimbursements. I'm sure had I just started a savings with my policy payments I would have come out ahead! After putting my first dog down. (She was very old)I got a new puppy. We got her from a shelter at 8 weeks and 2 days from getting her she came down with parvo. Fortunately, the shelter fee included a 30 day policy for shelter dogs. Her treatment was mostly covered. I had already signed up for Embrace before she came down with Parvo but was still in the waiting period. She now has some periodic bouts with GI bacterial imbalances and I have used the embrace policy to cover her vet visits. Everyone at embrace has been so wonderful. The communication is great. They send an email when they get the claim, when they process the claim and also when they send the payment. With VPI I had to hunt them down and usually call several times to get answers to my questions. Bottom line is the payments back are better then the others!! I tell all my friends to get embrace!

Very good insurance
Having pet insurance is very important to provide peace of mind regarding veterinary expenses. I have been very pleased with the service provided by the Hartville group and it has saved significant out of pocket expenses. I have it for all 3 of my dogs and the variety of plans offered provides the flexibility that pet owners need.

Rare diagnosis for a young dog, our CJ
As we face a rare lymphoma diagnosis in our 2 year old German Shepherd Dog, the immediate response by Embrace Insurance to our claim at least made the very difficult and sad situation one where we did not have to fight for reimbursement. Embrace Pet Insurance was extremely prompt. I am very thankful for the service as well as the coverage, though I would prefer never having to use it!

Petshealth is there for my pets!
After one of my two cats got really sick and had to stay at the vet’s office for three days, I was shocked at the amount I had to pay at the end of the treatment. I started to think about what I would have done if one of my ‘fur kids’ would have to stay at the vets place even longer, and if I would ever have to face the horrible choice to have to end my pets life simply because I could not afford the treatment any more. With that in mind I started searching for an insurance company that would help me pay my vets bills. And when I found Petshealth and signed up nearly five years ago, I was simply delighted at how easy they make it to file claims through mail, email or even online and get part of your money back. Petshealth has helped me out in every way! And they even have friendly and knowledgable customer service reps. I would highly recommend them.

The best pet insurance
I am new to Embrace. I was hesitant to purchase pet insurance because I had a bad experience with a competitor, VPI. I signed up for insurance and routine wellness benefits on October 15 with Embrace. My Malti-Poo had a wellness exam on October 18. I faxed the claim for wellness benefits on the 18th and have already received notice that the refund has been approved. There is no set schedule to follow for wellness benefits. This is very unique! Their customer service is amazing and far superior! I am very glad I made the decision to select Embrace. I wish I knew of their existence sooner.

Dont Get Trupanion Insurance
" Definetelly Don't get this insurance !!! Trupanion, They Promisse everthing and then they found whatever details possible to denied your claim. They ask me to go to toby vet and get the last 2 years record and send to them by mail to process the claim, and now i understand what are the intentions, find something to excuse denied ...the claim.I put my lawyer to work with them, thanks god i dont need this money to eat!!! I've never been in favor of pet insurance and only got it this year because my new pup's breeder felt it was important. She recommended Embrace, and I did like the customization options. I didn't think I'd actually need it, but sure enough, my one-year-old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog had a mountain of stomache troubles. Three days of hospitalization and a myriad of tests later, her bill was over $1000. I almost forgot I could try sending it to Embrace. I'm so glad I did! I had chosen a plan where I'd pay a deductible and then 20% of the remaining balance up to an annual maximimum. Embrace paid their entire 80%, no questions asked. Thank you Embrace, for coming through for us and our dog, and also for being a stand-up organization!

Our Senior Poodle's Best Friend
Alfie is 15+ years old and has had some medical problems over the last few years. Knowing that we would not have to shoulder the entire expense made it much easier for us to decide on medical options for him. Happily everything worked out well thanks to a great Vet and ASPCA Pet Insurance!
