Great Customer Service!
I have done alot of research before I signed up with Embrace. All other carriers have had negative feedback/reviews and made me very cautious on even getting pet insurance. For example, are all future claims going to be a battle of what is pre-existing or not... However, I found Embrace and I thought to give it a try. I am extremely glad that I did. The customer service is beyond exceptional because there is actually a person on the other line! I recently filed a wellness claim and frankly I didn't have high expectations of the process... Embrace surprised me by making the process so easy and painless. My entire wellness visit for my pet was reimbursed! All I can say is wow! Embrace rocks! I feel secure with Embrace.

It pays... to have have pet insurance
I am so thankful I found Embrace Pet Insurance. Their wellness reimbursements have paid me back my premiums every year now. Worth Every Penny
I have my three dogs insured with Pets Best and have had nothing but great support from them. I've used other insurance companies in the past but have settled on Pets Best because of their speed of and diligence in processing claims. I have never felt as if they were avoiding paying one of my claims and have found their Explanation of Benefits to be clear and sensible. I recommend them to all of my students and puppy buyers.

can't believe i was thinking about canceling this
was recently thinking about cutting bills for us with the bad economy and all, wondering if this insurance was worth the cost--that is until a couple of months ago my oldest lab developed congestive heart failure. that's when i realized how fortunate i was to have this policy and they reimburse for vet visits/procedures/and medications (regardless if got from vet, my local drug store, or online) as long as you have a prescription from vet. now we know we'll be able to treat our lab for her condition and it is costly- payment is quick and you really do get reimbursed 80%. when your bills are in the thousands it's the difference between life and death (literally) for our dog-who is like our child. this is the third pet insurance i've had in over 10 years and it's by far the best. if i ever get another puppy i'll start it off on the right foot -with best best! tip: get wellness right away-it pays for itself also: to direct deposit to your bank acct-it's so much quicker to get reimbursed only complaint; that you must pay your monthly payment from a credit card account- i hate using cc's for anything! overall rating: A+ from one happy little labby girl ;) thnx

Best is the Relliable Pet Insurance Policy
My dog had a big fatty lump on his tummy, and another smaller lump on his neck. It had became bigger and bigger. The vet advised to take it out. I had submitted a claim on May 2, 2011 and received the reimbursements on May 12, 2011. I am impressed by their quick turnaround no question asked.

I must say I love Best
I have always had very good service and quick responses and reimbursement. I have had no problems, ever. When I have a question regarding a claim, I get presise information and explanation. I have two dogs insured through them, and I recommend them highly. I enjoy talking to customer care, especially Cass. I give shout outs to them on my blog www.adoptionofpet.com often.

Not what every said on here.
I bought this insurance for my Bulldog. He had issues a couple weeks after the wait period where he needed to have his soft pallet worked on. They took longer than the supposive up to 15 days... they took about 20 days. They also denied him stating that the vet said "She wondered if he had this issue" which was never mentioned to me. Also they tried telling me that Asparted (Spelling) Pnemonia is a symptom of Enlongated Soft Pallet. There is no medical documents proving this. Dogs can get this from eating to fast (bulldogs!!) and drinking to quickly. It was just a very bad experience! I cant believe that there are this many good review for them.

Couldn't be more satisfied!
Our year-old English Bulldog ate a toy which blocked his small intestine. He required bowel resection, hospitalization, and medication - a hefty vet bill. Embrace responded quickly to the faxed claim, gave a detailed explanation of benefits, and sent the check promptly. First rate service on all fronts.
