Nationwide pet insurance provides me with a peace of mind for my pets protection

Extremely expensive but good service

Claims are easily paid and provided in a timely manner. I have tried to recommend your insurance to friends and family however most people cannot afford a car payment per dog for insurance and they have declined service. I am not sure how much longer we are going to be able to keep up with the payments either. They have more than doubled since our last dog.

Speedy claims processing

I'm extremely happy that I decided to purchase Nationwide coverage for my puppy. As it turned out he had some health issues that came with high vet Bill's. Nationwide processed all claims very quickly even during our current covid-19 situation. I didn't have to worry about Bill's and could concentrate on the health of my puppy. Thank you!!!

Fantastic service, could not be happier

My cat had an ulcer in his right eye due to the lower eyelid rolling up into the cornea. I had to take him to the veterinary ophthalmologist for eye surgery. This was not cheap...it cost more than the cataract surgery I had done on my own eye!! I submitted a copy of the veterinary invoice as well as a copy of my cat's medical history and 2 days later I had a deposit in my bank account for 80% of the cost of the surgery. This was the sole reason I took out a policy with Healthy Paws, to cover extraordinary medical procedures that might crop up. They were wonderful and very responsive, even during this COVID19 crisis. Posted this review on 4/28/2020.

Saved our sweet doggie's life!

The best decision we ever made was getting Healthy Paws pet insurance. I can't even remember why we decided to go ahead with it, but I can honestly say Flurry would not be here with us today if we had not moved forward with that decision. Every day that Flurry was in ICU and we got a call about approving another day of treatment, I can't tell you how reassuring it was to know that no matter how distraught we were about his survival, we at least, did not have to worry that we he would not be treated because of finances. I told his vet at his first follow up appointment after discharge, that we would not be standing here today if we did not have insurance because there is no way we could have covered the cost of 8 days in the ICU. Then to top it off, Healthy Paws sent a personal message checking in on how Flurry was doing after he was home! Thank you so much to Healthy Paws!
