Great company for pet coverage
This is my first experience with pet insurance and we purchased it for our two young Shiba pups. When one required emergency vet care and follow-ups with his regular vet, Healthy Paws was exceptional in making the process as simple as possible, always letting us know that they were there to assist any way they could. Our claims were processed very quickly with a full accounting of all reimbursements. Absolutely no hidden exceptions! I am very glad I took the time to research and read the reviews of the companies offering pet insurance. I know we made the right choice of a company that offers flexible plans, accountability, care and concern. On a scale of one to ten...they are an eleven! Thank you Healthy Paws!

Awesome Service!
Trupanion has the most amazing customer service! They seem like they really care about your pet and try to help in any way they can. The response time and turnaround was really fast! They worked with my veterinarian to directly pay the hospital so I wouldn't have to pay $3,360.00 up front. They really surprised me keeping me updated on the claim process. I am so glad I have them as a pet insurance company.

Very pleased with Embrace
We signed up for Embrace pet health insurance based on the recommendation of a friend. While we have no other experience to compare it to, we've been extremely happy with the reimbursements, communication, and client service Embrace has provided us with. I'd recommend them to anyone.

This is the second claim I've submitted for our dogs, and I am again, so pleasantly surprised with the results! The process was very easy and took a few minutes at most, and within about a week, I had the answer and money directly deposited into my bank account! So glad I chose Pets Best for my insurance for our dogs!

Great choice
I was looking at reviews and researching pet insurances myself about a year ago.I've signed up for Trupanion. I would highly recommend this plan to other pet owners. Several months ago my cat was diagnosed with feline asthma. Medications and inhalers are very expensive. I would not have been able to afford it if I didn't have Trupanion coverage. They pay 90% of all costs as promised. Moreover other insurance companies don't even cover chronic illnesses like feline asthma and cost the same.

Bests Best has been the Best.....Thanks so much.
Cssey unbeknown to us was born with an enlarged heart and pleural effusion. At the time I didn't know any of this but wanted him to have the best and that meant taking out Pet Insurance. He was given 4 months to live. That was devastating to hear...He was a beautiful, sweet, and I wanted him to live with me forever. Having Pets Best meant that he would have the best/as a result he lived another 2 years to the shock of his Cardiologist. I loved him so much and he was the one who could always make me laugh. Pets Best Ins. is the best....I would have no other ins. and have recommended to multiple pet lovers. thank-you......The sympathy card was especially special. The pain is there but he lived longer than anyone ever expected. He will never be forgotten.....
