I have always supported the ASPCA. For them to be able to give me the breathing room with vet bills is a blessing. I have 2 7month old yorkies and they are very rambunctious. a few months back one decided to jump off the deck. Broke his leg. the following day, the other one jumps off the bed,,,,,,broken leg. Because of ASPCA i was able to keep up with vet bills. the turn around time on the claims was very quick. so i never had to worry about where i was going to come up with the money for all the follow up appts. Thanks to ASPCA my babies are well and rambunctious as ever. ;)

Almost a 10.
For the most part, I've recieved excellent customer service. There was one time I called just to inquire on my policy and the specifics of what my policy covered and did not cover, the representative was rude, short and unhelpful that after "the conversation", I called back to talk to someone else because my questions was never answered and she made me feel like she never even wanted to take the time to listen to me before saying she couldn't help me. The 2nd time I called, the representative helped me and answered all my questions and it only took less than 5 minutes for the entire phone call. I would have given you guys a full 10, if it wasn't for that one experience with the rude representative because as I've stated before, I've recieved excellent customer service other than the example previously stated.

It's flea and tick time = payment towards medication
Receiving a portion of the cost of the meds suggested by our vet is such a relief. Fleas & ticks can make Jake a VERY unhappy dog. Have a great summer.
