ASPCA -- Not happy
I've had my cat insured with ASPCA for two years. I just received a re-enrollment form from them, asking that I go through the enrollment process with them once again, which includes paying another enrollment fee. I understand where raising prices may be necessary, but I'm a customer for almost two years and they want me to re-enroll is absurd.

Speedy service, great payment. My puppy ate something and that adventure cost about $700. Tupanion reimbursed me 90% minus the exam fee.
