So glad I have Pets Best Insurance

I have 2 dogs insured dogs and have had good experiences with filing claims and quick turn around. Most recently, I submitted a claim for one of my dogs TPLO surgery. It was taken care of in a couple of days! I cannot explain how delighted I am that this service is so easy and convenient to use. I like the piece of mind that I get knowing that I can take care of my dogs without hassle. I have not had any issues that were not resolved promptly and fairly.

Pet insurance is a good thing!

We have three extra-large dogs in my household and after several very expensive treatments, we decided to purchase pet insurance for them. Recently, Spice, our bull mastif/French mastif mix, was a very sick girl! She had something called MMM which made opening her mouth very painful and could have resulted in her jaw being locked, if our wonderful veterinarian hadn't diagnosed it correctly and began treatment right away! Turn out to be an expensive problem with her having to spend a week at the Vet's and having a bunch of treatments! The insurance covered a large part of the expenses - and it was great not to have the "money" issues influence what we were able to do for Spice!

This is the very best pet insurance!

I had two dogs insured with Pets Best, who were sisters. Two years ago, one dog ended with her immune system attacking her red blood cells. Pets Best was extremely helpful during that time. Unfortunately she didn't survive. Her remain sister is now going thru uncureable nasal cancer, and they have been there through all of the claim process, and continue to do so. I can't say enough about their service, and how well they expedite the claims. I had been with another carrier some year past, which was terrible. I have been with Pets Best for several years, and have recommended them to friends, the vet for my dog, etc. They are Outstanding and the name is absolutely correct "Pets Best"

AWESOME PET INSURANCEE

With our first 2 dogs we didn't have pet insurance so after thousands of $$$ spent combating cancer for both dogs I decided we had to have insurance for our 3rd dog. We haven't used the medical insurance yet, but the wellness insurance is wonderful with great reimbursement.

Accident Coverage has been a lifesaver.

We live on a ranch with our active three dogs. Unfortunately, when the weather warms up in April and early May, we have a problem with rattle snakes coming out of their hibernation. Each one of our dogs have been bitten and we have been lucky enough to get them medical treatment in time. The ASPCA Pet Insurance Accident Plan has been a lifesaver for us and them because the expense for this kind of treatment is at least a couple thousand dollars. Bee stings, torn nails, and stepping on sharp objects are all covered on the Level One Accident Plan, so it makes good economic sense to have this level of coverage. Thank you ASPCA for being so friendly on the phone.

A+ So Far!

I purchased an insurance policy last month for my dog - essentially to cover expenses in the event of a major accident or illness. So I can't comment on the insurance plan since I haven't needed to use it (and hope I never do). I also purchased the Wellness plan and submitted a claim (annual vet visit, shots etc). Customer service is excellent. Promptly acknowledged receipt of claim, how long it would take to process, etc I received confirmation of reimbursement last nite. The entire process took about 10 days and I am happy with how easy and effortless it was.

So far, so great.

This is my first experience with pet insurance, so I did quite a bit of research before choosing a plan. I really like the wellness option of this policy, it is similar to a health saving plan with the insurance kicking in 50% of the benefit - can't beat that. I have submitted one claim for my puppy's first vet visit and my entire visit was covered by my Wellness benefit. I appreciate the personal communications I receive from the company and also today I received an alert about dog food recalls, which was very timely, since I am in the process of transitioning to a new kibble. I am liking this insurance and will recommend it to my vet.
