The Embrace staff are terrific
I have nothing but good things to say about Embrace. Little did I know when my collie puppy came to us at 10 weeks that he would subsequently develop inflammatory bowel disease. This diagnosis was solidified after several veterinary visits and a hospitalization. Need less to say having insurance was very helpful financially. even more so was having Embrace insurance.The staff was incredibly helpful and gave me updates as to the status of my claims. I woul donly recommend Embrace as the pet insurance to purchase.

Perfect Experience
Our sweet 7 month old baby english bulldog had to have cryotherapy on all 4 eyelids for distichia at UC Davis. Overall we submitted a claim for $1500....$1000 of which was paid. They covered everything they said they would!!!! We are delighted with the speed that our claim was handled (faxed on a Thursday and I got an email on Saturday saying a check was in the mail). With a breed with soooooo many issues I rest easy knowing we chose a company that is true to it's word and allows us to give our Ruby the best care possible.

One of our dogs has seizures. They concluded our description of her behavior to our vet during a seizure constituted a prediagnosis & refused payment. It cost us 2500.00.

Incredibly fast and very friendly service
I have my two year old mixed breed dog insured with Trupanion and I am so happy we made the decision to go with them. Our dog Stella has food and environmental allergies as well as a habit of eating things she shouldn't- our claims have always been handling surprisingly fast and the contact we've had with their representatives very impressive. I work in a Veterinary Clinic and feel good about recommending Trupanion to our clients- we always get great feedback!

Thank you Trupanion! You were there every step of the way. It really was true. You paid 90% of the bill! %3,000.00@90%=$2700.00 paid by Trupanion. If not for Trupanion I would not have been able to provide much needed care for my precious little guy. This positive experience has taught me that from now on I will never be without the protection Trupanion provides. Courteous
We noticed Buddy was shaking his head too often and when examined saw that his ear was red. We took him to the Vet and he had a ear infection. I mailed in a claim to ASPCA and heard from them after a couple of days by email saying they were processing the claim. It took about 3 weeks to get the check in the mail. If I had any thing bad to say about the Pet Insurance, it would be that the check could have been higher. They paid 10% of the Charges that were covered.
