Fantastic service
My four year old staffy mix came up lame one day. Turns out she tore her cruciate ligament. The vet recommended a TPLO procedure. This procedure cost over $5000 and Coco would never have had the surgery if it were not for Trupanion. She had surgery on a Tuesday and the following monday I received the insurance cheque in the mail!!

Great help
I have found Trupanion to be a great help during the last year. My dog lost the use of her hind legs in January and Trupanion helped me out every step of the way. They pre-approved her surgery, sent the payment to vet for me and then covered her wheel-chair. They have helped me with covering her Urinary Tract Infections. I have been very grateful with everything they have helped with and would recommend them to everyone I know who has a pet.

The Right Decision
What can I say about Embrace? Everyone with whom I have had contact has been professional, sympathetic, helpful, willing to the the extra mile, and attentive to the details of whatever claims have been submitted. Although I have had numerous dogs over the course of my adult life, I never thought about obtaining pet insurance. I finally decided that having pet insurance might be a good idea. At the recommenation of my vet, I selected Embrace. I made the right decision and cannot speak highly enough about their excellent service and compassion.

I switched my pets insurance from 24 Hour Pet Care to Trupanion and what a difference. The coverage as well as the turn around time on a claim is incredible. They paid the 90% of an emergency surgery to remove a Foxtail from my dogs foot as well as a cyst on his knee with no nonsense no excuses no hastles.
