Good Expereince
This was our first time filing a claim with Trupanion ( our dog had to go to the emergency room for unexplained vomiting). The forms were relatively easy to file - the only odd thing was that they required a complete history for every vet our dog had visited which delayed the processing some. But Trupanion handled everything professionally and provided email status updates on the claim processing which I appreciated (better service than what our human medical insurance provides!). Overall it was a very good experience and I'm glad we chose Trupanion.

Amazing service and personal attention
I chose to insure my puppy at a whim, never thought I'd need it. A couple of months later he started limping. Congenital growth plate issues! Healthy Paws was the stressful part of his surgery and recovery.

I love Embrace!
Embrace has been a great insurance product for my little Coton de Tulear. I love the Wellness Part of the Policy because it is a "Health Savings Account" for my dog. I know that all of her flea,tick, and heartworm meds are covered and also her yearly shots and physical exam. She is a healthy breed and I want to keep her in good health.

Do what they say they will do
There was an error on the resolution of a claim for one of my dogs. I called, spoke with a rep, and the problem was resolved within an hour. I call that incredible service. They told me what they would do, and did it immediately. This is how you retain customers. I am very pleased with their desire to answer all questions and promptly.

WONDERFUL SERVICE!!
I have only been with Embrace for a little while, and I must say that I am certainly glad that I made the choice to carry pet insurance with Embrace! My Siberian Husky had been having issues with roundworms and a leaky bladder. After the hustle and bustle of a few animal hospital and visits to the vet,I submitted my claims to Embrace. Within a couple of weeks, I received checks deposited into my bank account. I especially love the Wellness coverage, it's fantastic!

Submitting a claim with Embrace is very streamlined and simple! You can print out a claim form and leave it with your pet's chart at the vets office. Throughout the entire claim review process, I was advised of the claim status through customer service as well as being able to check the status on-line. Bottom line, Embrace rocks! Customer service is excellent and I am thankful for choosing Embrace for our needs, as it seemed to be the best fit at the time, and now I know I made the right choice.
