WONDERFUL SERVICE!!
I have only been with Embrace for a little while, and I must say that I am certainly glad that I made the choice to carry pet insurance with Embrace! My Siberian Husky had been having issues with roundworms and a leaky bladder. After the hustle and bustle of a few animal hospital and visits to the vet,I submitted my claims to Embrace. Within a couple of weeks, I received checks deposited into my bank account. I especially love the Wellness coverage, it's fantastic!

Submitting a claim with Embrace is very streamlined and simple! You can print out a claim form and leave it with your pet's chart at the vets office. Throughout the entire claim review process, I was advised of the claim status through customer service as well as being able to check the status on-line. Bottom line, Embrace rocks! Customer service is excellent and I am thankful for choosing Embrace for our needs, as it seemed to be the best fit at the time, and now I know I made the right choice.

They'll Penalize You
My dog was diagnosed with epilepsy and I incurred over $3,000 in Neurology Veterinary bills. They paid 80% of that amount as promised. However about two months later, I received a letter stating that they were dropping my coverage in future to pay only 50% of any subsequent claims. The letter also stated that they would revisit this in six months time. I had no further claims and they finally reinstated the 80% coverage ... Four years later. So beware, they will pay the claim but penalize you for making it.

First Claim Experience - Amazing!
I am so glad we decided on Healthy Paws this past September for our 2 year old Cocker Spaniel, Paisley. Almost 1 month after deciding on Healthy Paws, Paisley had an inflamed and irritated front paw. When we took him to the vet, they said they needed to put him under to be able to take out the object or source of irritation. Surgery! While I was glad we had Healthy Paws, this was our first claim and I was not sure what would be covered. Fortunately, both Paisley and our finances recovered nicely! Paisley is completely healed and out of the $447.70 vet bill, Healthy Paws reimbursed us $302.93 which was exactly what we signed on for, $100 deductible and 90% coverage. No hassles and no exclusions, everything was covered as you would expect! Thanks Healthy Paws for fast, friendly and efficient health care for Paisley. And the follow up from your Customer Care is friendly and top notch!

Very pleased with Trupanion
I have been very pleased with the help and support received from Trupanion. My kitten developed asthma and underwent many costly tests recently and she is currently on medications to treat her condition. The coverage I chose has been a lifesaver and Trupanion representatives have been wonderful. They are prompt with follow ups and status reports regarding my claims. Once I fax in my paperwork, the process begins within a day which is great. I do recommend this company to others.

"Trial" Coverage.....
I decided to get the trial coverage on my 3 month old puppy. After two weeks into the plan, he had an ear infection. Took him to the Vet and paid over $200 for exam and meds. Filed the claim to AKC PET and received a letter two weeks later saying that it was not covered because was within 30 days. I called CS and they said it's not covered under the "trial". So, why offer a "trial" version of the insurance.

Caring Customer Service
As someone who wanted the best for my rescue pup, I diligently researched all the pet insurance options available. The Embrace customer service team has been amazing and SO patient with me- insurance jargon can be very hard to understand, and their team does such a great job. I highly recommend this company. Also, be sure to fully understand what your policy is about prior to purchasing- that way, you can be sure that you're choosing the best option for your and your pet.
