Minimum Hassle...Great Company!!!
My Goldendoodle has been the healthiest dog for 5 years and then developed Masticatory Myositis. We have been in and out of the vet at least once a month since April and sometimes once a week. Embrace has been awesome with our claims. They have been there for us every step of the way. Even when my renewal came I reached my next years deductible within the first month and they kept in touch with me when I had satisfied it and the checks started coming in again! My claim is on going so they continue to pay each time I submit a claim for a test or office visit. My insurance claims with Embrace have been totally hassle free and I love how convenient and easy it is to submit a claim and receive the check.

Good experience with wellness insurance
Having a Wellness component in my Cairn Terrier's health insurance is kind of like having a savings account in that you know you will spend that much every year. In Skye's case we have $200 in wellness. Last year we used it to pay for office visits and flea supplies. This year it went towards Skye's spaying. Their service has improved greatly since being going through ownership transition. This claim was payed within a week and a half of her operation.We had an ex-ray earlier this year because Skye ate something that caused gastric upset. She had no obstructions. The $250 charge was applied to Skye's deductible so I can't really comment on payment on claims from major illnesses, knock on wood.

Great Communication!
I have been so happy after taking out a policy with Embrace on my adorable Labradoodle puppy. I have been to the Vet several times with an ear infection and other puppy maladies, (diarrhea, vomiting, etc.). The Embracer promptly sends me an email about the claim and within a fairly quick amount of time reviewed my claim, applied it toward the deductable, and refunded any money that was due. I am very happy with the prompt communication and thorough handling of all my claims. Thank you Embrace!

So far so good
I've had Embrace for about 4 years now and have submitted about 5 claims, all minor. No complaints so far. For the last couple of years Embrace has been taking longer to respond, but I assume this is because business is booming. Still, I've never had to wait for longer than 1 1/2 months to have a claim settled, and no service that I expected to be covered has been rejected.

The Best Pet Health Insurance Available!
Thank God for Healthy Paws! I spent a lot of time researching all the Insurance Companies and after reading all the "fine lines" it was clear that Healthy Paws offered the best plan available. It seemed too good to be true, but in fact, it is true! When my Miniature Schnauzer puppy, Shizzle, came down with a serious Respiratory Infection, Healthy Paws covered everything the plan states, along with the follow up treatment that the vet recommended. I didn't have to compromise the quality of Shizzle's care by cutting back on treatments and testing because I had faith that Healthy Paws would be on my side, and they were. Soon after the Respiratory Infection, I caught her munching on a rotting mouse carcass, which resulted in terrible GI problems and a Leptosperosis scare. Again, Healthy Paws came through. I was able to take Shizzle to her awesome veterinarian and they took great care of her! Not only has the Insurance been a blessing from a financial standpoint, but Healthy Paws has excellent customer service. Every time I have called them with a question, I was able to speak with a friendly, compassionate, and informed live person. And when someone didn't know the answer to the question, I received a call back within a few hours with the answer. They also send nice personalized emails checking up on Shizzle. They let you know they really care! I've made it my personal mission to tell everyone I know with a pet about them. They have been amazing!
