Great company, amazing service!

I just had my first claim and they were so helpful. Everything went smooth and I was taken care of and so was my dog. There insurance is very reasonable.

I wish MY health insurance was this good!

Honestly, this is an amazing company. I was so worried about submitting an expensive claim. But, they covered everything just like they said they would. Not only did they cover the costs, but I received personalized messages from them asking how my dog was. They truly care about your pet.

Best pet insurance there is out there!

Have had Embrace for close to 3 years. One year ago, my beagle tore a ligament (CCL injury). Embrace has done exactly as they advertised. Was reimbursed 80% of my costs (as defined in my policy). In addition to the surgery costs, have also had Embrace's help with recuperation therapy and getting my dog back to "normal". Many Thanks!

Embrace does a great job at follow up with claims! Very happy I chose this company for our puppy's coverage! I will recommend everyone in our dog training class. Well done!

Unfair

I had a dog enrolled in this plan for two years (Policy period July - July). In January I brought him to the vet to have a growth looked at, and the following January I had it looked at again, when it was recommended that I have it removed. ASPCA would not cover it because it was originally diagnosed in another plan period, and it was now considered "preexisting." Totally wrong. This is absurd!

Hassle-free! No worries! Truly Great!

I've never had any problems submitting a claim and getting reimbursed. My vet takes care of the paperwork so it is truly hassle-free for me. My dog is now on medication for the rest of his life and the price is covered (minus my 10% deductible). It's truly worth having pet-insurance and I'm glad I chose Trupanion!

Amazing Service

We have been very happy with the claims process for our visits to the vet due to allergies in our French Bulldog. Shortly after we met our deductible we had an issue with her stomach (she ate her blanket) and needed surgery. Our claim was processed the same day and a check for 90% arrived 3 days later. We are so grateful to have such wonderful pet insurance and appreciate all of the customer support we received!

A true "heart" felt story!

During a yearly check up, my gorgeous red dobie, Marley, was found to have a heart issue, an extra beat to be precise. I know that Dobie's have a history of cardiomyopathy, so I was scared. My vet had me take Marley to a well known dog cardiologist in GA, of which I had NO idea they even existed. Marley had an echo and an ekg and while he does have an extra beat, his heart is completely normal. The bill was very high, but with the help of ASPCA's Insurance it was managable and without it I would not have been able to do it. I thank ASPCA from the bottem of my, and Marley's heart for providing me some help when it was needed.
