Fantastic service and response time
Claim was processed and approved within 48 hours of submission. I do not have the check yet, but assume it will arrive shortly. The company paid as contracted. No redlining that I had to dispute. Highly recommend this company for major medical care.

The best!!!
I purchased pet insurance for my dog with the hopes of not needing it. Well my dog needed to have surgery and Healthy Paws was the best decision I ever made. They are an amazing company and I truely feel they care about the health of my dog. The claims are fast and I received a check within the week. If you are deciding on a pet insurance company and want one who has good customer service and truely cares about it's clients(both owners and pets) than pick Healthy Paws.

Very happy....
Embrace has been great. When my reimbursement was slow coming, I e mailed them and Laura , the President, called me and followed up. I had the checks within a day or two. Pet insurance generally gets a bad rap and I suspect a lot of its deserved.. Not Embrace!

Phenomenal!
The price from Healthy Paws was excellent. We had to use our insurance much more than we would have liked following a fall our Jack Russell Terrier puppy suffered. Healthy Paws paid several thousand dollars very quickly and the customer service was excellent throughout. I have the 90% coverage and it has been fantastic.
