OUR PRECIOUS BEBE NATALE'NEEDED SURGERY TO REPAIR HER KNEE AND WE WERE VERY SCARED AND CONCERNED ABOUT THE COST. OUR VET SUGGESTED TRUPANION PET INSURANCE UPON BEBE NATALE'S ARRIVAL...WE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING MUCH ABOUT PETS AND EXPENSES WE JUST LOVED OUR NEW PUPPY. I AM SO GLAD WE TOOK THE ADVICE OF OUR VET AND MADE THE PURCHASE. THE KNEE SURGERY WAS OVER $2,000 AND THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY DIFFICULT ON MY FAMILY. BEBE NATALE' IS UP AROUND BOUNCING ALL OVER THE PLACE NOW AND WE ARE A HAPPY FAMILY AGAIN. THANKS, I LOVE THE SECURITY TRUPANION INSURANCE GIVES ME AND MMY FAMILY! JILL

Quick turnaround
Was pleasntly surprised how quickly I received a check! I faxed the claim to Trupanion and within a day had a confirmation e-mail that it was being processed. A day later I had another email, stating a ceck was on its way. Three days later I had it! They do take off some money for the office visit, but overall paid about 70% of the claim. I have 2 dogs and it was the same situation for the second! Great service.

Best Pet Insurance Ever!
I have a German Shepherd who was diagnosed with an ear hematoma, which needed to be surgically repaired. I didn't hesitate one minute getting the surgery because I knew Trupanion had my back! , I'm so impressed with the whole claims process. It took about 4 days to process 2 claims. Trupanion kept me informed through every step of the claims process.

Best Pet Insurance Ever!

The emailed status reports were great. I'm still awaiting payment. The only complaint I have is that they emailed me regarding one of the three invoices I sent for Wilson's illness, stating that I hadn't met the deductible so there would be no payment. I called and they told me they reviewed each invoice separately and I would receive payment on the other two invoices.

Great Communication and Customer Service!
I am so relieved I have Healthy Paws after our 2 yr. old Husky Mix, Kota, spent some time at the vet, along with the ER vet. She had to go in twice for fluids and couldn't keep anything in her. She had blood tests done and x-rays done to test for blockage. When your dog is so sick, you do anything for them!It took a little longer getting all the info I needed from my own vet and the ER vet, but once all the documents were in order, Healthy Paws was quick to take care of things. They communicated very well and I always got a friendly, caring voice on the other end of the phone line. I am very happy I went with Healthy Paws!
