Professional, personable, and superior service
When our baby was ill this past February with a vomiting, diarrhea and then bloody stool illness, we were very concerned for her. I had recently purchased Healthy Paws Insurance just as a precautionary measure (thinking I will probably never need to use it), but I was relieved that I had. Two days of testing and observation, quickly ran over #$2000.00, but Healthy Paws contacted me via e-mail immediately and took care of everything once the Vet's office sent over the records, and within a week we had reimbursement. The kind claims specialists contacted me daily to make sure everything was okay and this relieved us of the excessive financial worry of our dog's illness. Healty Paws was exceptional in every manner and I have highly recommended them to all of my friends who own pets. Thanks Healthy Paws.

Very happy with my dog's Embrace policy
My lab-x tore his ACL this past summer and had TPLO surgery. After surgery, he had some complications that sent us back to the vet several times and to the ER once. All claims were paid quickly and exactly as stated in the policy. Embrace reps are helpful and quick to answer any questions I have. I recommend Embrace to all of my friends with pets.

Glad we chose Embrace!
When we got our puppy we wanted an insurance company that offered a variety of coverage but also had a good reputation for great customer service and timely paying claims. We chose Embrace and can say are extremely satisfied with our choice! The representatives are very friendly and willing to help. They answered all of my questions quickly and with great examples. We submitted our first claim and it was paid as promised. They even emailed me to make sure I received it! Absolutely impressed and very happy with Embrace :-)

ASPCA Pet Insurance - Latest Claim
I am glad that I have pet insurance, due to my cat's thyroid condition now. It would be nice if one day the payout condition under "national average" could be revisited. I live in a metropolitan area and nothing seems to be a bargain here, thus possibly driving up even pet insurance costs.

Quick claim processing
Tanner had some kind of neurological episode: suddenly heavy salivating, vomiting and, by the time I could get him to my local vet 55 minutes later, he was unable to get up or to walk. 48 hours at the emergency vet hospital where they were unable to diagnose any toxic exposure but he responded to IV fluids. Claim submitted the Sunday I brought him home; claim approved around a week later and check arrived less than two weeks from the beginning of the whole event.
