Our dog Harley was attacked by another dog. He got a very long ear laceration. His ear lobe was literally ripped in half. From start to finish our claim was handled very professionally. Our vet clinic direct billed right to Trupanion......I know dentist offices that won't even direct bill.....i was very impressed. I have since advised every dog/cat owner to contact Trupanion!!

My dog, a crested-poo tour her ACL. Trupanion was there with me every step of the way. I submitted the bills and was payed in a timely manner. They care about your pet and I really like that.

We're happy with Trupanion coverage
Our beagle, Lacy, has been diagnosed with Cushings Disease, and there have been lots of lab tests and vet visits connected with her care. We are so pleased that we have insurance to help with these costs. Our old pet insurance company paid only $200 on a $4000 bill after Lacy needed surgery and care following a coyote attack. That convinced us to look for a better company.

Having Embrace is very reassuring.
Our Goldendoodle seems to have a sensitive stomach and it is very reassuring to me to know we have Embrace coverage when we are in an emergency situation. The claims are usually reviewed in a timely fashion and if not, the company keeps us informed through multiple e-mails. We have had nothing but positive experiences since buying it just over 2 1/2 years ago.

Amazing!
I am beyond astonished with the level of service Healthy Paws provides. Not only do they offer amazing coverage for your pets, their customer service, simple process of submitting claims, turn around time on claims processing and reimbursement and follow up will far beyond exceed your expectations. It is already stressful enough dealing with a sick pet and they do nothing but help alleviate any additional stress with claims, etc...
