Prompt Service with excellent customer service
My cat was having problems with him stomach and was vomiting for no known reason, so I rushed him to the vet to what was wrong with him. It was a lot for just to find out he had hair balls really badly, but Embrace came to his aide and made this emergency visit so much more affordabe. Once again thank you so much.

Kept Promise of Service
The Embrace Pet Insurance program is amazing! My Bella became ill and it was with ease to make my claims and I received reimbursement within days. To select and set up my insurance plan was easy as the various plans were understandable and the website user friendly. When I needed to make a claim the forms were easy to fill out and send in. Within days, my vet had been contacted and payment was issued. Additionally, the ability to receive benefits within the Wellness program is a great way to recover some of the expenses that pet owners spend on their loved ones.

Puppy Pyoderma chronic--by who's definition?
Pretty disappointed by our most recent interaction with Embrace. Our puppy was diagnosed with puppy pyoderma at their first Vet check, something the Vet noted to be very normal for any puppy, and now that it's gone we're getting slapped with a $100 payment claiming chronic condition ... chronic by their definition being noted prior to the end of the waiting period NOT the medical definition of lasting for 6 months or longer. Sorely disappointed, Embrace. Advice to new Embrace members--don't mention ANYTHING to your Vet because apparently it will only result in providing Embrace with an excuse to keep any addition incoming funds. Thanks for nothing?

Trupanion cares about your pet and cares about you
One of my two sibling cats wasn't behaving his usual "cuddle bug" self. Felix had vomited a couple times before I went to bed, I thought it was just a fur ball thing. When I awoke the next morning, I found that he had been vomiting throughout the night. Felix didn't eat, drink, go to the washroom or play with his brother at all that day. He would sleep and when I would pick him up, he would jump down and go hide. I felt like I was watching my cat die right before my eyes. It was Saturday afternoon and my regular vet was closed for the day, so I brought him to a 24 hour veterinary clinic where they kept him to run some tests. It was determined that Felix had a blockage (foreign body) in his intestines. In the process of preparing him to operate, he vomited up the tube that they had inserted and in doing so, he went into respiratory failure. As such, they could not continue with the operation. It was suggested that I take Felix to a facility that had a critical care unit and specialists that would watch over him. I transported Felix to another facility where they kept him for 6 days. During that time, Felix had a series of blood tests, x-rays, ultrasound and a successful operation to remove a fur ball from his intestines. The two facilities that I dealt with were great and submitted the claims to Trupanion upon my leaving. Trupanion had received my claim and sent me an e-mail within a couple of days to let me know and thanked me for taking such good care of Felix.

I am thrilled with this company - they are the bes
My GSD has a bilateral TPLO and without insurance would have been extremely expensive for me. For some people without insurance they may have to put their pet down from expense. I was so happy I had Healthy Paws insurance but even more thrilled when I actually sent in my claims. I was able to go to a specialist for this treatment and got first class care. When I submitted the claim it was almost immediate that Healthy Paws got right back to me to let me know they received it - then within hours my claim was processed. I have never had insurance like this even for myself. No hassle, extremely fast, and the claims were sent with easy to understand explanations. They paid 90% just like they said they would and also inquired how my dog was doing. A plus is also that they donate to rescues. This company talks the talk and walks the walk - just the best experience.

AWESOME
My cat, Grace , went in for her 6 month wellness exam and we found that she had a serious illness, Autoimmune Anemia.I was shocked!!!! She needed blood tests, an Ultra sound and medication, all of which could become expensive quickly. But cost wasn't a concern because I knew that Grace was covered by Embrace. Choosing Embrace for Grace was the best decision I ever made for my best friend, Grace. Everyone who gets a kitten or puppy should insure their health with Embrace.

My dog was playing happily with 3 other dogs in a field and injured her tummy by an object left there carelessly by someone. I have insurance for myself and it is very important to give my dog Lucy the same. Because I love her so much, more then anyone, I would hate to be put in the situation should she need care I would not be able to provide for her. The altenative is to painful to even think about. I am so grateful to have medical insurance for her. Trupanion is wonderful, caring, and prompt. They care so much about our pet family. Dealing with Trupanion has been a pleasure. Everyone I have delt with over the last 3 years has been nothing but amazing. Thank you Trupanion. I would do without happily to give my Lucy mecical insurance. To know I have medical care if needed gives me peace of mind, love, respect and caring for her.

Embrace is on top of it!
Thank you for being so on top of my reimbursements. It is so hard going through what I am experiencing with my paralyzed pup and expenses. It makes it easier on me that Embrace is prompt and courteous in dealing with my claims. It really helps my stress through all of this. Charlotte my Frenchy thanks you too.
