Spring season vet bills
What a season this spring was. I the last six weeks we had our dog Dexter get fox tails in his ear canal that ruptured his ear drum. Three weeks later he had another fox tail in the same ear and two up his nostril!? Then, within a week our other dog Bella stepped on a baby rattlesnake. Thank goodness for good vet care. And after racking up $1400 in vet bills, the accident coverage helped cover a good portion of the cost. It makes sense to carry the ASPCA Insurance Accident Level I for our animals because of the hazards of living on a ranch.

Just joined Embrace to protect my pup- so far, we have had a good experience. They seem pretty on top of getting reimbursements and making sure that claims go through. I did recieve my reimbursement right away (within 2 weeks).

An honest and efficient insurer
I subscribed to ASPCA Pet Insurance after multiple extremely poor experiences with one of the other major pet insurers. A friend who had similar experience as I with that former insurer also switched to ASPCA. We are both extremely happy and satisfied with ASPCA. Their support staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Unlike my dog's previous insurer, every claim is not first rejected and subsequently honored after the rejection is protested. The terms and conditions set forth in their policy are understandable and adhered to. I do think some of their reimbursement limits are on the low side but they are what I agreed to when I bought the policy. I heartily recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance for their honesty, integrity and caring to anyone seeking the peace of mind such insurance gives.

pleased with payment
my lhasa apso had an abscess in his mouth. since this required anasthesia, we decided to have his teeth cleaned at the same time,in order to avoid another anasthesia in the near future for a 14 year old dog. We were very pleased at the "division" of the payment as between covered and noncovered items. The items that were covered seemed more than fair to me.

PEACE OF MIND FOR OUR KATY GIRL
Hi Jen,Thank you so much for checking on Katy!!! She received exemplary care at the Valencia Veterinary Center. Dr Grewal and his staff are amazing. Katy has responded well to the treatment plan and we will be finishing the medications today. She is back to being her exuberant, happy self. I can't say enough wonderful things about Healthy Paws insurance. Knowing Katy has 90% coverage for accidents and illnesses gave us peace of mind in pursuing the best possible course of treatment for her without worrying about an astronomical vet bill. The prompt response by your staff in processing the claim ensures we will be able to pay our credit card bill in full when it is due in a few days.
