We have had Embrace insurance for two pets for almost a year now, and have been totally satisfied in the claims service that we have received. The claims process is very easy and the claims representatives are friendly and proactively keep you informed on the status of your claim. Claims are processed quickly and accurately. I appreciate the service that I have received with Embrace insurance.

I tell every dog owner I see about Pets Best.
In 2010 my then 10 YO GSD Raven had cruxiate ligament surgery on her left hind leg. In 2011 she had cruxiate ligament surgery on her right hind leg with complications that paralyzed her left hind. She had no hind leg to stand on. She had a MRI and water treadmill therapy. In 2012, she had a toe amputated due to infection. Pets Best paid their portion of the $16,000 bill as promised. I tell complete strangers about them.

AMAZING customer service AND speedy claim process!
I've heard and lived through countless pet insurance nightmares, and Healthy Paws is single handedly putting most of the competitors to shame! My almost 2 year old cat had some skin and urinary track problems and I ended up with close to a $1000.00 bill. I filed the claim on Sunday, and received it's already in review within a few hours. The following Tuesday, a representative called me just to ask how my cat is doing and nothing else which shows they actually care about their customers and the well being of their pets. Today (a week later), I received a nice email with a reimbursement breakdown of my claim. When I was choosing my cat's pet insurance, the duration of claim process was definitely one of my top concerns and I am very happy Healthy Paws delivers their promise: within 10 business days to process the claim! Offers 100% reimbursement of vet bill!
These guys are the only ones I could find that offer 100% reimbursement of your vet bill! We recently had to bring our little Dinger in for a severely broken ankle. Poor boy thought he could jump down a full fliht of stairs! He's not a young pup anymore. Anyway, $1,340 dollars later, Dinger was on the mend and so was our wallet! After our deductible, Pets Best covered 100% of the vet bill. Fast claims payment (2 days!!), best customer service, and best decision we've made as pet parents.

Simply the BEST... and FAST too!
After adopting our little stray kitty, Juicebox, (who we think is about 7 years old) we signed him up with Pets Best after visiting this website. About two months later, JB came down with an infection after canoodling with a neighbor cat that was mangy! $350 later, Pets Best reimbursed us 90% and we got our claim check from them TWO days after submitting the claim. These guys are amazing!!
