Wellness Claim
Have had an Embrace plan with wellness option for our dog Tanner for several years. So far we have only needed to use the wellness coverage and have been happy with the service. Claims have been handled promptly and customer service people are knowledgeable and helpful.

As soon as I got my little Beagle-Ace I took all the insurance pamphlets and read the little print. Embrace by far offered the most for a reasonable price. Fantastic
I submitted my claim for my Corso Lupa and before you know I received a email stating it was processed and a check is on the way. I highly recommend Embrace for anyone that has a pet. As always, the response from the staff was courteous and professional. I had a difficult time faxing my claim, guess the machine is getting old, so after 2 tries, they suggested scanning and emailing the paper work. Our dog was in for is wellness check up and shots. Couldn't be happier with how our claim was processed. It was fast, easy and the follow up was great. Customer service was wonderful. In 4 years of doing business you have always been a "10". Very attentive. Glad our dogs are insured with Embrace.
