Very impressed with Trupanion's customer service
I've now had to submit 2 claims to Trupanion, each time, they were handled quickly and seamlessly. I would hhighly recommend Trupanion!

Nikki's Nest of YellowJackets
Our dog Nikki got into a nest of yellowjackets and had to be rushed to the vet. Her head and throat were swollen and she was having difficulty breathing. Fortunately, we got her there in time to be given antihistemines to reduce the swelling and help her breathing. She later got an infection from the ordeal, but was treated and is doing well now after a month. Pet's Best was there for us, paying for her treatment and doing so promptly. It really was a relief to know we were covered for this unexpected event.

Very prompt payment of claims
Trupanion has never failed to pay a claim submitted for my dog's care and payment is very prompt - always within 10 days. Their monthly charges for insurance do go up very often, however. My dog's insurance has risen by 33percent in the four years I've had coverage. I'm positive veterinary costs have not risen by the same percentage.

Excellent Company
We bought insurance through Embrace when our puppy was a few months old. By the time she was seven months old she had developed OCD lesions in her ankles and needed surgery. Of course not that easy to diagnose. But Embrace was that easy to deal with. Every phone call was a nice experience. Very good customer service. All claims were processed fast and refunded money was paid back fast. If looking for pet insurance we are always telling people to go to Embrace.
