Tripled my premium
I have been very happy with this plan for many years. Now because my dog is 14 years old they changed my policy and tripled my premium. This is how they treat customer who has been with them for many years (and only filed two minor claims). Watch out everyone for a triple increase in your premium when your dog gets older!!!!!

Better than my own non-existent health insurance
ASPCA Pet Insurance has generally been reliable. I have not experienced any difficulties with the claim process. The most recent claim had $600.00 in charges. Of this amount, ASPCA reimbursed about $340.00.

Great service and coverage!
I was amazed at how easy and streamlined the claim process was. Healthy Paws processed my claim in less than a week and mailed me my check right away. They covered everything including blood tests, radiographs, hospitalization, and medication. The only thing they didn't cover was the medial exam (which was a small chunk of change compared to the other costs).I honestly was considering canceling the insurance a week before my dog's hidden autoimmune disorder surfaced. It had nothing to do with the insurance company. I felt like I didn't need the insurance since my dog seemed so healthy. But you don't really realize how important insurance is until you use it and I'm so glad I stayed with Healthy Paws. When I talked to a Healthy Paws representative, I felt like they really cared about how my dog was doing and I greatly appreciated that.

First time to make a claim
Glad we had Embrace for our dachshund Sailor. Embrace has processed the claims fast and everyone has been so nice and keep in contact with us during this time. Sailor didn't make it though, my he rest in peace now.

After our pet suffered a major knee injury, and we spent between $5000 and $7000 dollars addressing that injury, we sought pet insurance. It has been a good experience. The policy is fair, and the reinbursements come quickly. Also, after our pet died, and we bought another, ASPCA credited the remaining balance of the first pet's premium to our new puppy's premium. Not many businesses do that. I greatly appreciated that courtesy.

My bulldog ended up very sick with diarrhea after a blockage. It. Has been a very difficult situation and very expensive I dont know what we would have done without Trupanion but because we did have them we have been able to afford repeated hospitalizations and different treatments giving him the best care.

Embrace has been Great
My puppy Sierra has had bouts of vomiting and anorexia. We have gone all the way to a specialist to get her diagnosed. Embrace has handled all the claims in a timely manner. This is my first experience with pet insurance and I am very pleased so far. I am hoping we can find the correct diagnosis to keep Sierra happy and healthy.
