Excellent communication and service!
Unfortunately, we've had several trips to the vet with our new Boston Terrier. Embrace has done an excellent job of keeping us updated on claim statuses and providing us with thorough explanations of their decisions. I've called their office with questions before and staff members are not only professional but very friendly. I would recommend Embrace to any pet owner!!

New puppy wellness check
I have not had pet insurance for many years. Boy has it changed. I was pleasantly surprised. Embrace does things very quickly. I signed up and right away was reimbursed for her first visit. I was able to pick my coverage. The people are very friendly and right on top of things. I would and have told my friends about this.

LIFESAVER
After losing my German Shepherd to cancer six years ago, I became concerned about not being able to afford treatment for my dogs now should something happen. Pets Best was recommended to me by a friend who has used them successfully for many years. I was hoping not to have to use it, but this year I found out firsthand how LUCKY I am to have chosen an insurance policy that covers what I need it to, unlike competing insurances. I have filed several claims this year due to an undiagnosed liver issue and have been reimbursed 80% (minus my $50 deductible) with NO hassle, VERY prompt service, SUPER compassionate and professional customer service, and EXCEPTIONAL timely processing. I am 110% impressed with Pets Best and thank the stars that I made the decision to insure my furry children. It feels SO good to know I have Pets Best backing me and my dogs, and I know I will be able to afford anything they should need in the event of an accident or illness.

The whole team did a great job in processing our claims. They responded very quickly to the invoices. Checks were cut in a matter of days. go tell that to your regular insurance company. And they continued to follow up and check on our pet's condition.Well done.

A GREAT help with some serious bills!!
Sorry it took so long to respond...But Bruno actuallyruptured both cruciate ligaments in both hind legs. About two weeks apart!! we were very happy with payment we received for the first accident but are still waiting for the second payment. I am waiting for that now.

Great coverage and follow-up
My family and I rescued our dog 2 years ago. He came from a Southern high kill shelter and was thin and unhealthy. My family committed to giving our new addition a safe and healthy forever home where he could thrive a be happy. This would not have been possible without the help and support of Embrace. ASPCA always helpful
Nicky became listless over a few days, then started having loose stools. We took him to our vet on the 3rd day after his 1st loose stool. The vet tried an antobiotic & fecal tests. Nicky eventually had other drugs, lab, & a sonogram. He is finally much better. We have used our ASPCA before, & they have always been caring & helpful. I think Nicky has better insurance then we do.

Wonderful and responsive service!!
We rescued our pit-greyhound mix several months ago and for the first time, decided to get pet insurance. The experience so far has been absolutely fantastic! Our by acquired pneumonia and we have had several visits to the Animal Medical Center in NYC. Great facility but expensive - thank goodness for Healthy Paws! They have been incredibly responsive and so helpful to ensure that our first claim was processed as quickly as possible. The follow up claims were processed even faster. Their representatives respond directly to emails, and quickly - it was hard to believe the personal attention given. The coverage is great and compared to the premiums I would have paid with other companies, Healthy Paws is also one of the most affordable without question. We feel very lucky to have found them. We have no complaints at all and highly recommend them!

Trupanion - Quick & Effortless
Our 3 year old pup had a skin tag that was growing quickly and needed to be removed and sent for biopsy immediately. We had our vet submit the claim to Trupanion the same day, but we anticipated it would be an extensive process before we received any word or reconciliation on the claim. But, to our pleasant surprise, Trupanion followed up within a week of the surgery and sent us a reimbursement within two weeks. We really didn't expect this to be so quick or easy, but are definitely happy we have Trupanion. Also, the biopsy results were negative. :-)
