Excellent Insurer
Respond quickly to claims. Are fiar in thier judgements. Claim can be submitted very easily vai fax. In my opinion one of the best insurer in north america.

Healthy Paws is the Gold Standard
Can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws! Was recently reimbursed on a claim following my Frenchie, Felix's, soft palate /stenotic nares surgery. Healthy Paws staff was professional, fast, efficient and caring. It's as simple as that. Highly Recommend!

Very satisfied
Dog has blood work done twice a month at the cost of at least $500.00 and lots of meds. This will be for the rest of the dogs life.

Compassionate interest and care.
My wife and I were very impressed with the level of compassion all of the Trupanion associates showed for our dog, Apollo. He broke one of his K9 teeth off at the jaw line and had to have 3 procedures to repair. They were very understanding and willing to help. They worked with us and the vet to ensure everything was covered before we proceeded. Spending $3500 for a dog tooth is a lot of money, but knowing the insurance was there to help allowed us to focus on getting Apollo back to his playful self.

Now I'm with Trupanion and I'm delighted with their coverage and their caring ways! Trupanion kept me advised of the progress being made in each step of the settlement process. Two thumbs up to Trupanion!

Very good communication
I was very pleased with how Embrace communicated with me regarding the claims I submitted recently. They acknowledged receipt, told me when to expect resolution, received additional status updates, an email stating how much each reimbursement would be and when to expect my checks. No complaints!
