"My dog incurred 2 autoimmune disease diagnoses within days. It was scary and the bills kept coming in even in the diagnosis phase. Pets best was very responsive and when I have submitted claims, they paid back right away directly to my Care Credit account, as requested. I really am glad to have had this for my fur baby."

Great customer service when I called.
I had some questions about recent claims that then brought up questions about my dog Rafe’s policy. I was lucky enough to have Kelly take my call. One of the most professional encounters I’ve had with a CS rep. Kelly was knowledgeable, efficient, and best of all, kind. She’s an asset to your company and I hope if I should ever call again she answers!

Not worth it!
Currently have an open claim and it took almost five days to get some support to start. Customer service is almost non existent. Lack of communication, little to no response when you call or leave messages for adjuster in the claims department even when you escalate your concerns! I guess you truly get what you pay for. Please spend the money and pay for a more expensive and reputable insurance company where urgency and care actually means something I regret signing up with this company !!
