This is so much simpler and straightforward than anyone ever led me to believe. Refunds come quickly and any thing that isn’t routine care is covered. Covered two surgeries and multiple ear infections. I will always have this insurance for my dogs in the future.

First claim for our new puppy
This was my first claim for my new puppy and it could not have been easier! It was a very stressful time trying to make sure our puppy was okay and after multiple vet and ER visits, it was time to submit the claim and it took me probably 10 minutes. MetLife was so quick to review and provide reimbursement that it made it one less thing to worry about while we made sure our puppy was feeling better.
