Nice to have a pet insurance policy…
Nice to have a pet insurance policy that adheres to covering what the documents in the the policy commit to cover with a minimum of hassle. It's straightforward to submit claims and they have been processed promptly. Our dog needed unexpected TPLO surgery and within two weeks of the submission of the claim, it had been paid according to the the policy plan. It's a bit more expensive than the prior company we had insurance with (who exited the business as it turns out) but also covers more so we are happy with it.

Takes forever to process your claim
Takes forever to process your claim. Routine and reoccurring prescriptions are a headache to get processed if you have them filled through chewy (or any other pharmaceutical companies other than your vet) as there are no notes or invoices from your vet.

The customer service rep that represented fetch pet insurance today was very kind and consider it of her tone and I appreciate that. Submitting a claim and getting reimbursed could be difficult I don't know we'll find out. I would definitely recommend them five out of five stars due to their courtesy and their price definitely worth it.

Very satisfied with FIGO
FIGO offers a very straightforward process for filing claims. We had only two situations which required we file an appeal. They were both readily resolved in our favor with letters from our vet explaining the need for the medication. Have been very satisfied with FIGO
