I would love to be spokesperson for MetLife pet insurance. Your dedication to serve your pet parents is remarkable. I have a dog named Trixie who I rescued as a puppy. She is part Lab and part Brittany. She is truly the love of my life. At a very young age she had intervertebral disc disorder, (IVDD), a condition where the discs in the spine to not hydrate. She has had two spinal surgeries. The expense was enormous and MetLife was there to help not only with the expenses, but to give warm and kind advice Your customer service department was beyond wonderful. We never know what is ahead in life. I had no idea that this would happen to my dog As dogs get older, they develop conditions the same as humans do. Pet insurance is a must No one should be without it if they have a pet. Metlife and their wonderful team is lifesaving for everyone who loves their beautiful pet. Thank you for all that you do.
