Great service so far
I have had pet insurance for my Yorkshire Terrier since he was a puppy. Sometimes I wonder if I would have been better off putting the money in a savings account and how great the service would be if something did happen. I put in my first claim last month and I was happily surprised. Trupanion treated the claim sincerely as they were trying to help me and my pet. I did not get any skeptical questioning and the claim was processed quick and easily. It was very reassuring to know that it does work like it says it does and heaven forbid something bigger goes wrong I will have coverage. I hear of my friends and their giant vet bills thousands of dollars and I have peace of mind that most of mine will be covered if needed. Great service so far and pleasently surprised.

The experience has been good.
There was a problem receiving my checks. Too much time elapsed between my vet visits and receiving the checks. After my veterinarian spoke to the insurance company, the issue was resolved. This delay was not to my pets best interest or mine.

Very Happy
I think your company is the best. I have been very happy with the service I have recieved with the exception of how long it takes to review the claim and send the check to me. Almost a month. And I have requested that you send me some of your new claim forms twice as for some reason I cannot download and print them from my computer and to date I still have not recieved them. Still think your the best company though!!!

Very quick efficient service
We have a brand new puppy and I wanted to take out insurance right away to be on the safe side. The first year is usually one of the most expensive years to get through with just regular veterinary check ups and shots so I liked the fact that Embrace has a wellness program. I submitted my claims and good to their word I was reimbursed very quickly without any hassle whatsoever. We are still new to Embrace and to this type of insurance, but so far we are quite happy.

All the Good Reviews Are True - Awesome Co!
I did a lot of research on pet insurance companies since I had heard so many of my friends were disappointed with theirs. I looked at every comparison chart and read all the fine print on coverage, etc. Healthy Paws reviews and offerings won me over - every review was positive and their coverage plan is very clear (they do not hide what they do and don't cover). Although I felt it was a little risky to go with Healthy Paws since they are a newer company - I am 100% satisfied. Their customer service is 10+ - they are very caring and take care of matters instantly! My puppy, a Cavalier King Charles - had a traumatic knee injury and had to have surgery. The customer service people at Healthy Paws gave me clearance on the surgery coverage the day I inquired - it was instant and they really seem to care and want a fast recovery. I also just got my reimbursement information - they are truly covering 90% of the entire bill ($2300). I highly recommend this company - they have my loyalty!
