Honestly, I’ve had nothing but good things with MetLife Pet Insurance. Definitely recommend them to any and everyone. I’ve had coworkers go with other pet insurance companies and been very dissatisfied. Happy to say that’s not the case for me.

I really appreciated the quick response regarding my claim. The process was smooth and easy. I feel that the amount that was covered for my cat's procedure was fair. But, it would have been helpful to see a breakdown of was and what was not covered. Overall, this was a pleasant experience.

I'm sure they're competition does the same crap but I get email after email after email just because I checked a price. Text message after text message after text message. It's getting old. You don't deserve my business. I didn't even have time to make a decision and you have already pissed me off with your bottom feeder pushy salesman approach. GFY
