Quick and fair… peace of mind
My cat needed expensive medical care after a “dietary indiscretion.” Trupanion processed the claim quickly, and paid their portion of the bill, in accordance with their contract. Trupanion gave me peace of mind, so that I could focus on my cat’s well-being.

I was not expecting a refund
I was not expecting to even get reimbursed but I got a message from my bank I received a refund from Trupanion. My focus was on Daisy not so much the money part. As a long time membership I am familiar with this company and the quick refund on your return. I was not sure what I would receive. I sometimes just pay if I can and get reimbursed. This is my second pet with this company I know they are pricy but I trust and know them.
