Filing claims is so simple with MetLife Pet Insurance! I love how it always starts with asking if my dog is ok. There is very little I have to do and I always get reimbursed more than expected for things we are already paying for!

I submitted my documentation online and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the reimbursement was processed. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent—clear updates and prompt responses every step of the way. What truly sets MetLife apart is their generous reimbursement percentage, which is among the highest in the industry. Pets Best - One of a Kind Insurance Partner
It is hard to put into words Pets Best professionalism and caring attitude. Lilly a loving and one-of-a-kind yorkie was diagnosed with Cushing's disease when she was 12 years old. She not only required monthly treatment and blood testing, but had a number of crises requiring emergent care during the last 2 years of her life. Without question, PB was there to significantly help financially with Lilly's medical expenses. Heartbroken, we eventually lost Lilly. Many months later Oliver ("Ollie") came into our lives. We did not hesitate to cover Ollie with PB insurance. Ollie, a wonderfully crazy little yorkie, has had a few medical issues and typical wellness required procedures thus far. Again, PB has been at our side as a partner in the care of our puppy. Not to have to worry about medical expenses and to be able to focus on the health of our dog(s) has been more than we could have expected. From the ease of filing a claim to the expeditious reimbursement for medical coverage, PB has been exceptional. A five star recommendation!

Great experiences…
I searched for pet insurance as soon as I adopted my puppy. After searching a number of sites and plans I decided Spot looked very promising. Over the past 2 years we have had a fabulous experience with Spot. Filling out claims is simple and easy, payouts are surprisingly quick, and every communication with the company has been extremely easy from the company website. We will continue to keep our dog insured with Spot for years to come.

Spot always processes claims quickly…
Spot always processes claims quickly and efficiently. Their customer support staff are also always super friendly and very informative. We’ve tried other pet insurance companies and haven’t found one as good as Spot, so we plan to stick with them for as long as we have furry family members.
