Do not use fraudulent company
I submitted a claim for a critical and necessary surgery—our dog had bone exposed. ASPCA Pet Insurance repeatedly claimed they never received the medical records and closed the claim. I resubmitted everything, only to be told it was now a duplicate—and they closed it again. This company is a total FRAUD. I’m cancelling my policy immediately. They cheat American consumers and jeopardize the health of our pets with their shady practices and endless runarounds. ASPCA Insurance, you are a disgrace. The worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with.

Horrible Company
I had my pet insurance through 24hour Pet Watch - they decided to no longer do insurance so they sold my plan to Hartville. I am now paying more $34.00 more and I have less coverage. Customer Service horrible! I was able to summit claims for prescription food and wellness visits but not with this company!! Do not get your insurance through Hartville.

Breathing easier
Pets Best allowed us to get the necessary test done for our boy. Due to his age and having his first seizure at 7.5 years of age it was assumed he had a brain tumor. After his MRI and blood work we found that he doesn't have a tumor or underlying infection and are very grateful to the doctors and Pets Best.
