Healthy Paws Experience
Our Basset had surgery to remove several growths and a vulvoplasty to correct a condition that was getting worst. The one thing I didn’t have to worry about was Healthy Paws. We have had insurance through them since we got her as a puppy. That is over 8 years. The insurance claim was filed on line by uploading the invoice and doctors notes. The Surgery was on June 24th and the claim was completed on the 26th.

Healthy Paws has been great
Healthy Paws has been great. I previously had a policy for another pet with Trupanion; every claim was a hassle, often being denied, then appealed, and finally paid; sometimes this process took a couple of months. Twice this week, Healthy Paws paid claims the same day they were submitted.

I did have some issues uploading the necessary files. Although choosing the diagnosis was cumbersome. It would help if the list would be filtered when we start typing. But once they were uploaded everything went well.
