No idea my pet insurance expired...
I had no idea my dog's pet insurance lapsed. I signed up for paperless billing and information, and only recieved a paper (via mail) document stating it had lapsed. Why did I not recieve an email about this? It seems purposeful. I had to re-sign up her at double the cost.

Prompt and efficient claim processing
I was very impressed with the prompt (next day after claim was filed) response that my claim had been approved and the dollar amount that would be direct deposited into my account. I was so pleased that I added insurance for my 2nd cat Daisy Mae. I only hope that I will receive the same claim experience should I need to file a much larger claim.

Great company! Small or large experiences they are there for you! When my Emma passed after coming home from the cemetery to bury my MOM IT WAS ALL I could handle. Cancelled my subscription and a few days later I receive a box. I did not order anything. It was a beautiful candle with the name Emma on it and a card with condolences from Pumpkin. So very Kind!
