The claim process was simple. I uploaded the invoice and attached the medical record supplied by the vet. In ten days my claim was approved and a check sent in the mail. It really couldn't have been easier.

Bobby was great!
Bobby was absolutely wonderful. I had found the policy i wanted online but had questions. He was able to answer all my questions and help me get the best deal on a policy for my service dog. Or previous insurance company was raising rates and was going to be several hundred dollars a month. I'm glad I found prudent and Bobby!
