So glad we have Spot Pet Insurance! We just found out our daughter's dog has a respiratory issue/concern and are in the process of determining what is wrong and how to treat him. The exam and diagnostic costs are steep! Spot has reimbursed us for the expected costs quickly - it is a huge help and relief:)

After taking my dog to the ER for a snake bite and a stay that lasted 3 days in the ICU, I uploaded my claim to Pets Best mobile app. It was straightforward and easy. I was able to add my account information for direct reimbursement. I got a message from Pets Best that it was received, when it was delayed for a week, and when it was paid. I'm relieved they covered my claim as explained in their coverage plan. A silver lining after a difficult time for my family.

I have belonged to Met-Life Pet Insurance for 11 years now, and they have helped me give my rescue dog the very best of care. Customer care service is top notch, and this company reimburses every penny they claim they will and quickly.

Scam
Scam. I subscribed through my employer for a pittance of a "discount," only to have coverage severed when the pets reached a certain age. We had an emergency vet visit on the final day of coverage, and they denied it due to "terminated coverage." Wrong, sir. WRONG, in every sense of the word. I will never purchase a Nationwide product of any sort. in my opinion, they have stolen from me and made false promises.
