Brody’s Battle
I had to rush my dog to the ER because he stopped eating and drinking. After hours of testing they found a blockage, after operating the surgeon discovered it was a tumor. It came back as Jejunum Adenocarcinoma, they got it out with clean margins and it didn’t metastasize. We started chemo recently and then started submitting all our bills. We were so overwhelmed with every thing but after getting confirmation that our claims would be covered I had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. They gave us the most precious gift anyone can give us and that is TIME with our dog and HOPE that we can fight this and enjoy our boy for years to come. It has been a wonderful experience working with Pets Best!
A rich company happy to charge unauthorized charges
I already spoke to customer service as me tioned below and no help. I started a plan for my senior dog for 125 per month. I received NO communications about this policy and thought policy expired. Instead I came to find they had continued to charge me AND STARTED CHARGING 250 monthly. There is a years worth of charges totalling 3000!!! That kind of money is more than enough to cry about. I never filed a single claim as I though it was cancelled. I spoke to customer service - they offered zero refund. A rich company scamming. Trust broken.

I'm so grateful I have Embrace
I'm so grateful I have Embrace. My dog has had two surgeries this year and was hospitalized a few years ago. Almost all of it has been covered minus the deductible and my percentage of the cost. Customer service has always been great when I've called and not long wait times. I highly recommend them.

It would have been nice to know
It would have been nice to know that it takes up to 7 business days to underwrite and approve this, and it would have been nice to know I had to pre-pay for 2 months the day I purchased the plan

We've had Embrace insurance for our two cats for 2+ years since they were kittens and it's been a GREAT decision. They cover a lot and the process of submitting a claim is so easy. Our cats have both had health issues so we are grateful to have insurance.

Pumpkin has great customer service
Pumpkin has great customer service. When I took my cat to the vet, and submitted my claim, Pumpkin turned it around in two days. They followed up to see how my kitty was doing, which I thought was kind of them.
