I just signed up today
I just signed up today. There was a monthly fee quoted, which I am fine with. However, when I submitted my first payment, there was an additional $15 "enrollment fee" added. I didn't see anything on the website that indicated that there was going to be an additional fee charged. If this fee had been clearly listed, I wouldn't have had an issue. But tacking on an additional fee is dishonest. FIGO refused to credit this fee back to me. I'm considering canceling my enrollment, since I no longer have confidence in FIGO's honesty.

Insurance exp with cat lily poisoning
"One of our cats was accidentally poisoned by lily pollen from a floral arrangement sent for Mothers Day. The therapy involved two vet sessions plus a couple of days of 24 hour pet ER for IV fluids. Our cat recovered completely and Pets Best paid the claim per the terms of the insurance. I am very happy with their service.

Adding pre-existing conditions that don't exist, even though multiple emails, notes, and vet notes CLEARLY never said it's pre-existing. Also, the condition is not even currently existing.

I’m basing this rating solely off the…
I’m basing this rating solely off the interaction I had with the service rep. I had to call and ask about two claims that had been placed on hold due to “lack of notes”. I’ve noticed they like to do that regardless of the info they have. I spoke to our DVM and he had notes front and back. After talking to this rep in particular I had to explain that I got meds to get one of my pups through the fireworks. I didn’t have an appt and didn’t need to have him seen because I’ve been going to the same place with the same DVM for years. They know our babies. So long story short… thanks to her both of our claims were taken off hold and one has been completed. We’re still waiting on word for the other claim… EVEN though it’s for a new diagnosis. So we pay the bill of course but are depending on the money to be reimbursed and they seem to be very slow when it comes to having to cover something… so that’s super frustrating and unacceptable. But like I said this rating is based SOLELY on the rep I spoke to in this situation who took initiative and got the claims rolling again. I appreciate her. She was professional, incredibly sweet and knew exactly what she was doing. No wasting of our time. I wish I remembered her name. The customer service people are absolutely out of this world so far. It’s actually nice dealing with them.

Feedback about Sonnet app
The app’s idea is good, but it’s frustrating in practice. I lose points for using GPS while driving—even though it's necessary and safe when mounted. Also, getting penalized for driving during normal work hours doesn’t make sense. Not everyone can avoid rush hour. Needs improvement to reflect real-life driving.
