Couldn't insure a car same day
Couldn't insure a car same day, could only insure for next day while other companies happily will. Also wouldn't quote me based on my actual driving experience which sonnet has a record of. Classified me as a new driver even though you have my records that show clean driving history with no claims or convictions or gaps in coverage. Customer service agent said the only option was to buy the policy and hope for the best through an escalation process. I've gone from recommending sonnet to everyone to telling people to avoid now based on this terrible experience.

I am so glad I decided on SPOT for my puppies insurance. Filling out a claim is easy and the turn around for reimbursement is great. My dog gets recurring ear infections, no matter what I do. SPOT has saved me so much and I am very thankful!

Pre-existing condition
We had our baby with pre-existing condition and had to put her down. Metlife handle the situation perfectly during her entire lifetime and after. I'd recommend Metlife to any pet owners.

Be aware of “preexisting conditions “
I have two dogs that are covered by Pets Best insurance and have been covered at least for four years. ( they are 5 and 6 years old). I have submitted two claims for each - three of the claims have been denied due to conditions they claim existed before the insurance went into effect. The last denial is for an ear infection and medication to treat it. Neither one of my dogs have ever had an ear infection before. I expected a denial in order to meet my copayment obligation, but was surprised to see that reason. I expect that any claim I put in for that dog will be denied for that reason.
